Wellbeing & ELSA support
We have 3 amazing ELSAs (Emotional Literacy Support Assistants) who work in the Federation to support children who have been referred by class teachers, in 1:1 sessions. They have received training from Educational Psychologists support the emotional development of our children at school. E.L.S.A's help children to understand their emotions and of those around them.

Have a go at making a gratitude diary. There are lots of different ways to record what you are thankful for!
Yoga provides a wonderful way to support children to find calm, regulate their breathing and feel in control of their bodies. In school we often use Cosmic Yoga. Try out some at home too!
